Functions

The plugin supports the following functions:

Comparison of a positive and a negative evaluation
Option to hide the rating form on the detail page (if you collect the ratings, for example, via an external service)

'Read More' Function: Initially only shows x ratings, while x can be defined via a config value. The remaining ratings can be loaded on demand.

'Active' - With this config value you can switch the plugin on/off for each sales channel.
'Read More' - Show x ratings - Here you can define how many ratings should initially be displayed on the detail page. The remaining ratings can be loaded by clicking on the "Read more" button.

'Active' - If this config value is active, the form is displayed on the detail page.

'Active' - Switch function on/off for each sales channel
'Minimum number of characters' - Only ratings with at least x characters will be considered for the comparison.
'Minimum number of reviews' - The comparison will only be displayed, if this minimum number of ratings has been reached for the article.
'Min. Score positive evaluation' - Only Ratings with x stars or more will be considered as positive rating.
'Max. Score for negative evaluation' - Only Ratings with x stars or less will be considered as negative rating.

Good vs. bad rating

The configured criteria are used to select a positive and a negative rating from the product ratings, which is then presented above the rating list.

If a positive, but no negative rating that meets the criteria is found, only the positive rating is highlighted.

If a negative, but no positive, rating that meets the criteria is found, no rating is highlighted.

The reason can be one of the following:

The function was not activated for the sales channel.
The product does not reach the minimum number of ratings defined in the plugin configuration.
No positive rating was found that met the criteria.
